Vera Wang goes modern for spring!

If you’re anti romantic ruffles, you may just fall in love with the modern designs Vera Wang showed in her spring 2011 collection.  Here are my favorites:

It’s like rain, on your wedding day…

April showers bring May flowers and even the best wedding planner in the world can’t control Mother Nature.  If it looks like your wedding day has some showers in the forecast and you are dead set on an outdoor ceremony (think Jason and Molly), you’ll need some umbrellas for your guests.

I like this clear totes bubble umbrella which won’t interefere with the decor.  Your guests will thank you!

Looking for a charming gift?

Here’s another personalized necklace that would be great for a wedding, anniversary, birthday or bridesmaid gift.

The Date Heart Charm by Isabelle Grace Jewelry is made of silver and gold and can be personalized with a date (anniversary, birthday, first date, etc.) or name (nickname, initials, etc.).  You can also add on initial or birthstone charms for a little added bling.

Have a great weekend!

Lovely Lilac!

I think lilac is such a refreshing color for spring and summer.  Here’s a cool dress it up or down Jersey promenade gown from J. Crew.  At just $118, it’s a steal of a bridesmaid dress.  It would be great for a honeymoon too and since its cotton jersey and won’t wrinkle!  Also available in dark pewter.

Honeymoon Packing Tip #12 – Sleep on the Plane!

You can get your beauty sleep on that overseas flight and let fellow passengers you’re a newlywed with this fabulous Just Married eye mask.

A great gift for the bride-to-be.
